The Chattarpur Farm was a project we undertook in 2003 and was a unique challenge in terms of construction planning and design. With restrictions on construction activity during that period, timely hand over of project’s was a challenge most home building companies faced in the area. With our unique time management, and effective labour work rate, we were the only in-house contractor to deliver our project on time. This warm welcoming room is a bar of the same project aimed at entertaining close friends and family.
